Impact Sports Academy's 12-week Winter Baseball Workout Program is designed to enhance athletic performance and refine skills. Our Elementary School Age sessions focus on building proper movement and technique, while our Middle/High School sessions target speed, power, and coordination for athletic growth. Training begins the week of December 2nd, with weekly sessions tailored for each age group.
