Track and field is one of the most dynamic and fundamental sports, testing speed, endurance, strength, and agility. It includes a variety of events such as sprints, distance running, hurdles, relays, jumping events, and throwing disciplines. Whether you're looking to build explosive speed, improve overall athleticism, or compete at the highest level, track is the perfect sport to develop well-rounded athletic skills.

At Impact Sports Academy, we are excited to introduce Impact Track, a new program designed to help athletes of all levels improve their speed, conditioning, and competitive edge. Our upcoming programs will cater to youth and high school athletes, focusing on training techniques, strength development, and performance enhancement.

Impact Track Acceleration Clinic

Kick off your season with our Spring Track Acceleration Clinic! This one-time, 3-day event focuses on building explosive speed and improving acceleration out of the blocks.

Track Weekly

Join us every Sunday for Impact Weekly Track Training! This program focuses on improving mechanics, starts, and overall running form to help athletes develop better technique and efficiency on the track.

Day: Sundays
Times: Ages 6-10 @ 01:30 - 02:30 PM
Ages 11-17 @ 02:30 - 03:30 PM

Focus: Mechanics, starts, running form, etc.
